Please note: US-Pills.com does not accept order by phone. If you want to place your order with us-pills.com please order online. It is easy and more secure than to give out your CC info on the phone. Customer support is also available 24x7 but only by email.

Warning! Several customers have written to tell us that people are calling them claiming to be from one of our websites, sometimes within minutes of placing an order. They will tell you any of the following things:
- Your card was declined but you can do a new order on the phone
- Your card did not go through so please send Western Union to...
- Your transaction was declined, we can make a new order for you on the phone...
- You will have to pay a "fine" because the FDA contacted us about you...
- Send money on Western Union to Steven Carpio...
The ONLY time you should get a call from us is if you place an order and we call to confirm. We will not call to place an order by phone. Our CS staff will verify that you did place an order, what your order number is and the last 4 digits of your card. We will NEVER ask you for your whole card number on the phone, nor tell you we keep it on file.
If you do get called, please write and let us know. If you can get them to give you their phone number, (as in telling them, "Yes, I will send you the money but I am on the other line. Give me your number, I'll call you back"), then even better. The number on your caller ID is a fake also.
